3. Subscription Plans

Zentrova offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, and Pro). Each plan includes specific features and support levels as outlined on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Payment Terms

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. By providing payment information, you authorize Zentrova to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Upon cancellation, your website will no longer be hosted or accessible. We will transfer your custom domain back to you at no additional cost. All website content and files will be removed from our servers after the cancellation date.

If you wish to keep your website but discontinue the subscription, please contact us to discuss a one-time buyout price. This option allows you to own the website outright and host it independently.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. Zentrova retains ownership of the website code, design elements, and proprietary tools. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website for your business purposes.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Service Level and Support

Zentrova strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all websites. Support response times vary by plan level. We do not guarantee specific response times but aim to address all issues promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zentrova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

10. Modifications to Terms

Zentrova reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zentrova operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
